One doctor per specialty is allowed per city for Doctors Accept Liens physician directory. Applicant agrees to keep their license in good standing and maintain a malpractice policy of 1 million/2 million during their membership period. To maintain your membership in good standing the doctor and his staff agree to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical fashion.   Nature of the Service: The Community is a social network facilitating the exchange of personal information between people. This socialization shall include reading the profile pages of other members and possibly even contacting them. The Community provides to its members benefits such as but not exclusive to: the opportunity to be a member of our physician directory on www.doctorsacceptliens.com. The Community works like an online directory of Physicians who work on a lien basis. User Registration and Information: Members shall be responsible for the accuracy of their information on the site. If at any time their information changes it is their responsibility to inform the staff of Doctors Accept Liens to make changes in the physician directory. Members register for the community at will. Content: The Content includes messages and other materials posted to forums, groups, or other locations on the Site by the members of the Community. Member of the Community is deemed to grant the Community the nonexclusive right to post, display, copy, and modify the Content in connection with the operation of the Site and the Community’s business. Further, the Member is deemed to grant the Community the nonexclusive right to post, display, copy, and sell the Content within the limitations set by the Member during the online publishing process. Member is also deemed to authorize the Community to disclose his/her personal data when the Member includes such personal data in the content. Release: If the Member has a dispute with one or more other Members, the Member shall release the Community (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. Privacy: Community shall store and process Members information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. Indemnity: Member shall indemnify and hold the Community (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Members breach of this Agreement, or Members violation of any law or the rights of a third party. No Agency: No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement. Payment/Cancelation: Depending on the option you have chosen, your credit card will be charged monthly for 6 to 12 month or the entire year can be paid in full for the discounted rate. Doctors may opt out of the website, after their membership term expires. If a patient mentions that they found your office through the www.doctorsacceptliens.com website, the doctor agrees to offer a complementary consultation free of charge to the patient. By clicking on the Terms and Condition button, you are stating that you have no pending professional or criminal claims against you or your license from the State Board that you practice in. You also agree that if a claim will arise against you as a professional or individual in the future, you will inform Doctors Accept Liens immediately and you will suspend your listing with Doctors Accept Lien’s website. Doctors Accept Liens is not responsible for any dispute, of any sort, between doctor/clinics and patient. Clinic and Doctor assumes full professional responsibility of any and all interactions and complaints with patients acquired through Doctors Accept Liens website. Termination of Agreement: Doctors Accept LIens has the right to terminate any doctor or clinic from participating in the website for any reason. Particularly, if several patient complaints have been reported regarding the doctor's performance, ethics, or any other reason. Disclaimer Exclusions and Limitations: The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doctors Accept Liens: excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. Each Doctor and clinic on this website is an independent entity and Doctors Accept Liens is not responsible for damages that may arise from clients attained from this site. Doctors Accept Liens is not responsible in any way for any damages related to any of the listed doctors or clinics. Arbitration: Any dispute arising under this contract shall be resolved under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Limitation of Liability: Member shall not hold Community responsible for other user Members content, actions or inactions ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings between the parties with respect to such subject matter. In case any terms of this Agreement shall be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the validity of any of the other terms of this Agreement shall not in any way be affected thereby.
Your chosen membership package will automatically renew unless Doctors Accept Liens is notified in writing 10 days prior to expiration. After a member completes their initial membership agreement time period they can cancel their membership In writing at any time with 15 days notice..
